At Least 5 Years of Work Experience
Must have relevant work experience of at least 5 years in a field related to the desired degree program.
Work Experience Relevant to Chosen Program
The nature of work should be directly or substantially related to the BSBA program being applied for.
PSA Birth Certificate
Proof of age and Filipino citizenship.
Secondary Education Credential
High School Diploma, ALS certificate, PEPT result, or DepEd-recognized equivalent.
Certificate of Employment
Must indicate position title, years of service, and job description.
Comprehensive Resume / Curriculum Vitae
Include all relevant work experience, trainings, seminars, and achievements.
Job Description / Proof of Duties
Helps demonstrate the specific competencies acquired at work.
Training & Seminar Certificates
Local and international trainings relevant to the field.
Professional Licenses or Certifications
If applicable to your industry or field of work.
Awards and Recognitions
Company or industry recognitions that demonstrate excellence.
Portfolio or Work Samples
Projects, reports, designs, or other tangible outputs of your work.
Business Registration (if self-employed)
Proof of entrepreneurial or business ownership experience.

Obtain and complete the official application form from the accredited HEI.
